I wanted to have all links to manage all webs in one place (and clean up WebHome), then added couple more links. AdminTools hits all webs (ignores flag SITEMAPLIST) by design: it's for admins. SiteMap is for all users.

It's in the twiki/bin directory, same as the view script. For example, if your view URL is http://50nm7panwb5vzbnutz18w9h0br.roads-uae.org/do/view/Main/WebHome, your configure is http://50nm7panwb5vzbnutz18w9h0br.roads-uae.org/do/configure.
